Met : at 1 PM at Kathmandu Medical college.
1.30Pm: Reached the destination, arranged the set ups.
The program had four phases:
Explanation about menstruation and importance and ways to have a safe and healthy period
Video/ animation presentation on projectors about the topic.
Answering the queries
Distributing sanitary pads to all female students of reproductive ages.
5 PM: packing up the program.
On May 4th, 2018 Rotaract club of KMC, Avenue: CSD, Under supervision of Rtr.Dr. Asmita Aryal and Co-ordination of Rtr. Susan Thapa - Conducted "Menstrual Hygiene Awarness" program to around 150-200 students of class 6-10 in a school named "Saradha School" near Tilganganga and also distributed "Sanitary pads" to all the girls of reproductive stage.
The program was a joint effort of RaCKMC and Khose Dhunga Club.
The program was a huge success. A number of students (around 150-200) could be benefited.
